Management Biographies

Joe DeBaise, Chairman of the Board
Mr. DeBaise has over 20 years of investment banking and operating experience. During his investment career, Joe has executed mergers and acquisitions and raised equity and debt capital through private placements.  Joe has worked with companies in a range of industries including staffing recruitment, hotels, restaurants, consumer products and manufacturing.

Mr. DeBaise is the founder of Capital Distribution Group, Inc. and has been providing payroll finance for businesses such as IQ Navigator for Level 3 Communications, AT&T Broadband and directly for Western Sugar and  Colorado Medtech’s group of companies, to name a few, for more than twelve years. Previously Joe spent 3 years with Teledyne Aeronautical in San Diego having full responsibility for the fuselage manufacturing and assembly of the Army’s AH-64 Apache helicopter. Joe also spent 3 years in charge of Beryllium components for the Neutron weapon program attached to the Department of Energy and Rockwell International at Rocky Flats, Colorado having full responsibility for Defective Cost Ratios in the manufacture and delivery of those components. He holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering and a Masters in Finance from the University of Northern Colorado

Robert A. Wright Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Wright has 40 years experience in marketing and finance. Having been with Hopper Paper Company, which was acquired by Georgia Pacific Corporation, Mr. Wright left Georgia Pacific to run his own business which manufactured farm equipment outside of Chicago. He became a member of the Young Presidents Organization and was praised at a luncheon with President George HW Bush. In 1981 he moved to the west coast and became president of a real estate and agriculture company with over $200 million in assets. In the last few years Mr. Wright has been a sought after consultant in the areas of marketing and finance. He is presently a consultant for a Real Estate company and a Legal Placement company. Mr. Wright is a graduate of the University of Colorado with a BS degree in Marketing and Finance.
